Returns and Refunds policy
Unwanted items
If you change your mind about your order, or have made an error in the specification ordered, then you can return the item to us within 35 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, undamaged, and within any original anti-static packaging. You must also include proof of purchase. The cost of return postage will be your responsibility, and we cannot refund you for postage paid at the time of purchase. A refund will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
If there is something wrong with your order
If you believe we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us via email or telephone in the first instance. We may then ask you to return any incorrect items, and upon confirmation that we have made an error, a replacement or any missing items will be sent to you, along with a refund for your return postage costs, where applicable, up to the amount of the original shipping cost.
Faulty items
If there is a fault with your item, please contact us via email or telephone in the first instance. We may then ask you to return the item, and will inspect it. Upon confirmation of a fault, we will contact you and can offer either a replacement, along with a refund of your return shipping costs, or a full refund, including return postage costs where you can provide proof of postage. We will refund your return postage costs up to the amount of the original shipping cost paid on your order.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days to the card used to make the original payment. A re-stocking fee (10% of the product price) will be applied, unless the item is faulty, or was sent in error. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable, unless there is a fault with the item, or it has been sent in error. We will refund your return postage costs up to the amount of the original shipping cost paid on your order.
Partial refunds may be granted where an item is not in its original condition and packaging, or if it has been returned after the 35 day returns window.
